Job Description

You must have -

Leadership experience in a similar senior Operational/Central Service HR role for a growing business

Proven ability to drive excellence through service and handling of 1st line HR support

Experience in setting up and running multi-country payrolls (both internal and outsourced)

Experience with project managing process improvement

Ability to produce, analyse and interpret data

Excellent communication skills, another European language an advantage

Create a 'centre of excellence' which centralizes all transactional and 1st line support services for EMEA to include;

  • Keeping up to date with legislative changes across all countries
  • Ensure policy, processes and documentation are fit for purpose
  • Develop, documents and implement processes to support relevant aspects of policy
  • Develop and work to SLA's, quality standards and checking processes
  • Get regular feedback on service improvements from the wider HR Team/business

Oversee and approve monthly payroll processing, local authority submissions and reports

Manage relationships with the external service providers for both HRMS and Payroll processing. Tendering contracts/defining service agreements

Lead and project manage the set up for (and on boarding of) new countries with systems, payroll and 1st line support framework

Ensure the accuracy of all HR data (database, manual and electronic) by;

  • managing authorisation processes
  • undertaking regular audits and taking steps to correct inaccuracies and missing data
  • produce HRMI for monthly reports/dashboards as well as ad-hock requests

Build internal capability to deliver a flexible service on both 1st line support and payroll administration. Ensure changing priorities are managed to enable the team to deliver effectively
