Job Description

  • You will be a key member of the project team delivering the first phase of the HRIS implementation.
  • Manage data gathering and data mapping templates.
  • Co-ordinate timely, consistent, and accurate completion of templates.
  • You will highlighting risks and issues to the Project Team.
  • Analyse and manage data relating to the solution design and system population.
  • You will co-ordinate the data 'cleanse' of the uploaded data
  • Provide first line administration support to local teams, raising any risks, or issues, to the Project Team.
  • Document new procedures and guidelines.
  • System testing co-ordination, including testing scenarios.
  • System design and integration testing.
  • Provide administrative support with the scheduling and running of Project meetings.
  • Produce Project-related presentations and reports with guidance from your team

The Successful Applicant

  • You will be a strong administrator who has the ability to multi-task
  • You must have the ability to influence
  • Strong PC skills (particularly MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint; experience in MS Visio desirable).
  • Exceptional written and communication skills.
  • You will be analytical with an eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in HRIS systems and HR processes would be helpful.
  • Be willing to travel when required.
