Job Description

Responsibilities will include;

  • Drive and develop an environment of continuous improvement around the clients income management strategy
  • Develop initiatives in line with UK wide policy
  • Put forward proposals for developing and improving the service
  • Develop, implement and monitor SLA
  • Proposing objectives and targets in line with the business planning process
  • Produce reports on improvements and developments to policy and procedure then to implement recommendations and new initiatives as necessary
  • Lead on measurement of performance against local and UK wide performance indicators
  • set targets and strategy for income management - communicate these to employees, monitor performance against standards and target
  • Co-ordinate all monitoring and liaison activities with outside agencies employed to assist in the collection
  • Manage and participate in the court eviction approval process to ensure that the administration of arrears recovery and legal proceedings are effective

The Successful Applicant

Candidate will have successful track record in social housing - and will have carried out successful Income Management roles previously.

Be able to work with new technology.
