Job Description

Developing a territory plan to drive sales with nominated accounts.

Blueprinting accounts and segmenting based on opportunity.

Qualifying leads gained through marketing activity and following through to close.

Acquisition of new customers and greater penetration in existing accounts.

Management of customer relationships via the phone to encourage loyalty and prevent erosion.

Working either in collaboration with Regional account Managers as the key point of contact with responsibility for driving sales in identified accounts over the phone and responsible for the sales performance of those accounts.

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Inside Sales Specialist will likely have the following traits:

  • Previous Inside Sales experience with strong customer focus
  • Good understanding of the sales process & a proven track record of delivering sales to forecast
  • Previous experience of working with both CRM tools and other sales acceleration technologies
  • Knowledge of the relevant market products and competitors
  • Challenger mindset, self-motivated, tenacious & driven
  • Strong time management & organisation skills
  • Ability to prioritise and be flexible in adjusting where necessary
  • Account Management experience
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to participate in Peer-to-peer coaching activities
