The Insights function within the business has had it's profile lifted enormously over recent years to the point at which they are a major driving force behind the commercial and strategic direction the company takes.

Job Description

As the Insight Research Manager, you will lead a small team and work to generate customer insights which guide and motivate the business to drive customer growth and ROI.

With key stakeholder relationships across the business, you will manage on-going store level research, providing customer insights related to new store opening and significant store refits.

The Successful Applicant

The suitable candidate for the Insight Research Manager position will have expertise in commissioning and/or managing qualitative and quantitative research in a Retail or FMCG marketing/research environment. You will have the ability to influence key stakeholders and manage a team.

Sound questioning skills, numerical and communication skills will give a distinct advantage to this person.
