Job Description

- Phoning of schools from our clients Bradley Stoke office to establish if they would like a quote for Staff Absence Insurance (sometimes in-bound, in reaction to their enquiries but mostly out-bound, to create the initial interest).

- To take responsibility for a region within the country.

- Present (email) the data to insurers in the most effective way, so that the premiums they provide are competitive.

- Provide the customer with relevant product information that is clear, fair and not misleading allowing them to make an informed decision.

- Make own appointments to present to groups of schools.

- Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with all colleagues and customers, promoting a professional business image.

- Understand and apply all company policies and procedures to ensure service standards are met in accordance with SLA and FCA requirements.

The Successful Applicant

- Previous background within Insurance or internal Sales role.

- Background within a call centre type environment.

- Proactive.

- The ideal candidate has the ability to work to sales targets.

- Team player.

- Strong communication skills.
