About Our Client
The client are a blue-chip finance company who have a Nationwide portfolio and a small in-house team.
The team relies on the successful management of contractors to make sure the portfolio remains well maintained. Contract management will be an essential part of this job.
The Interim Building Services Manager would report into a Facilities Manager. The successful candidate's focus would be to offer an experienced hand in the day to day running of the portfolio:
- Contract management
- Trouble shooting
- Supporting a transitioning in-house FM team
- Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
It would be helpful if all applying candidates were local to Stockport or happy to commute.
The Successful Applicant
My client function in an office environment. Any applying candidate would be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and having their opinions challenged.
Familiarity in Building Services Management is essential for this job as is the availability. My client is looking for an immediate start.
