Interim Compliance Manager

- Review of facilities and compliance procedures and management systems
About Our Client
An established organisation who provide quality housing and care & support.
Ensure compliance of the following:
Door entry systems
Electrical (5 year periodic testing, emergency lighting, lightening Conductors)
Fire detection systems, dry risers, sprinkler systems and extinguishers
Fire Regulations (Fire risk assessment)
Gas (domestic and commercial heating, hot water)
Lifts, hoists and specialist baths (including servicing, LOLER, insurance)
Portable appliance testing
The Successful Applicant
At least 3 years experience in a similar role.
Extensive knowledge of current legislation covering all areas of statutory compliance for effective asset management and development within a social housing environment.
Health and Safety Qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH).
