Interim ER Manager

As ER Manager you will be working closely with line managers and business partners to manage employee relations cases, putting into practice policies and procedures whilst ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. An ER specialist you will increase management confidence and capability. You'll also work on projects, providing employee relations input to support business initiatives as well as being proactive in identifying and mitigating emerging issues.
The Successful Applicant
An experience ER Manager you will be confident in coaching and partnering a broad stakeholder group from line managers through to Directors, with the ability to influence and challenge others. You will process an excellent understanding of UK employment law and compliance. You will demonstrate a passion for continuous improvement with experience of working on your own initiative to implement change. You will have experience, analysing information to resolve complex and challenging problems. You will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to quickly build good working relationships, delivering service excellence. You will have proven experience in organisational restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and the TUPE process is essential. A CIPD or equivalent qualification
