Our client operates in a unique sector offering a range of products and services spanning the UK .

Job Description

As the Interim Finance Manager your key remit will be financial management of the business along with providing support to the senior management team.

Financial Management includes management accounts preparation, budgets and forecasts.

You will have direct supervision of a credit controller and a purchase ledger.

Other duties will include:

  • VAT returns
  • Management of external payroll and auto-enrolment admin
  • Cash forecasts with experience of invoice finance would be useful
  • Managing relationships with external auditors and banks
  • Working closely with the MD and senior team to deliver sound commercial decision support.

The Successful Applicant

In order to be successful you will be ACA or ACCA qualified with 5 years post qualification experience ideally from a manufacturing environment. You will have a hands on approach and excellent attention to detail. You will also have experience of managing a team and the ability to challenge, be challenged and build relationships with stakeholders.
