Job Description

This is a generalist role and day-to-day responsibilities of the Interim HR Manager will include:

- Overseeing HR issues related to all services delivered by the Organisation:

- Providing advice and support to the Directors, senior management team and service managers in dealing with HR issues, attendance at the weekly senior management meeting when required.

- Overseeing the workload of the HR Assistant, planning and managing recruitment, managing disciplinary and grievance issues, responding to requests for information from senior stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

My client is looking for an Interim HR Manager with proven experience in a generalist HR role and the ability to adapt and quickly build relationships with various stakeholders. NHS experience is essential.
