About Our Client
Our client is a niche manufacturing business who have enjoyed continued growth in recent years and have a very exciting outlook for the next few years.
As Interim HR Manager you will work closely with the rest of the team to provide support to operational managers. You will provide advice and guidance relating to all areas of HR including but not limited to:
- Employment Law and ER
- Performance Management
- Equality and Diversity
- Training and Coaching
- Strategic HR advice and influence
This will be a highly varied role and it will require excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
The Successful Applicant
You will have a generalist background with a strong focus on ER and employment law. A track record of supporting managers ideally within a manufacturing environment, along with excellent communication and influencing skills.
