About Our Client
The client is a leading FMCG distributor based in the Liverpool.
As a interim operations manager within a leading distribution business, you will make up an integral part of the Logistics function. The successful applicant will be working in a highly unionised, multi-drop, multi-client distribution environment operating from our client's site in Merseyside. You will be responsible for the day to day management of the on site warehouse, a team of warehouse employees and health and safety
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of warehousing logistics and employee management. Due to the Merseyside branch being unionised the Warehouse Manager will have to have experience in liaising and negotiating with trade unions. Our client are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, forward thinking and looking to progress in their career in logistics.
What's on Offer
The interim operations manager role will pay £200-250 pd and have the opportunity to go temp to perm.
