My client is a Market Leading Travel and Hospitality group- based in their Oxfordshire Head Office

Job Description

The Interim PR Manager will have the following responsibilities;

  • Deliver the annual PR strategy which includes: business, property, b2b, business travel, consumer, regional PR activity and the new hotel openings programme

  • Manage day to day management of a busy and pro-active press office

  • Manage a team of three which includes: a Senior Press Officer, a Press Officer and PR executive

  • Assist the Communications Director in company crisis issues

  • Establish strong working relationships with key opinion formers in national media, broadcast and print

The Successful Applicant

The Interim PR Manager should have the following skillset;

  • Significant experience in product and brand PR, either in agency, consultancy or in a fast paced in-house PR department

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Established networking of strong media relationships in the UK

  • Experience of crisis communications and reputational issues management

  • Proven ability to establish strong working relationships at senior level

  • Composure and the ability to operate effectively under pressure

  • Need to be open and approachable with a positive, can-do attitude

  • Team player who is 'unafraid of getting their hands dirty'

  • Experience of social media

What's on Offer

The Interim PR Manager will have a salary of between £150pd- £200pd
