My client is a leading retail brand based in London with offices in the UK and across Europe

Job Description

As an interim Recruitment Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from liaising with department managers, drafting adverts, assisting with interview and the selection process

  • Providing a great candidate experience

  • Utilising various channels such as direct sourcing, internal referrals and agencies to deliver suitable candidates

  • Following existing internal resourcing processes

  • Building effective working relationships with hiring managers, the resourcing team as well as external suppliers

The Successful Applicant

In order to be successful in this process you will:

  • Have experience working as a recruitment professional within a retail business

  • Have experience recruiting in head office corporate environments

  • Ability to present information effective to stake holders

  • A self-starter who is able to operate effectively within a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to forge strong and last business relationships
