A leading Financial Services business in South Yorkshire, require a Internal Communications Executive to join the team in this exciting period of growth.

Job Description

Manage internal communication channels

Manage the production of the monthly internal newsletter, liaising with key stakeholders across the business to collate, edit and create content.

Manage the intranet project to develop and launch a new company wide intranet.

Review existing channels, identify additional channels and embed these within the business to support the delivery of the communications plan.

Manage employee incentives

Manage communications campaigns designed to incentivise employees in line with business requirements.

Plan, implement and evaluate the annual sales incentive scheme to support the achievement of key sales metrics and tactical goals, to recognise top performers and improve employee engagement and morale.

Support internal events delivery

Work closely with the Marketing and Events Executive to deliver internal events that support the overall internal communications strategy.

Manage pre and post-event employee engagement activity, influence key messaging and support the event planning process for the bi-annual Director's Roadshow events and annual Company Conference.

Support change management activity

Work with the Change team, sitting on various project working groups to effectively communicate project status updates internally, including the development and delivery of strategic and tactical change communication plans.

Manage third party agencies

Manage external agency relationships that provide support for the delivery of key activities outlined in the job profile.

Evaluation and reporting

Facilitate two-way communication across internal communications activities. Demonstrate employee engagement and understanding of key messages with evaluation and feedback mechanisms.

Market marketing

Become the champion for raising the team's profile within the business. Identify new opportunities each quarter to promote the department and its deliverables across the business and within the wider group..

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualified
  • Strong communications background
  • Internal stakeholder management
  • Copy writing and other forms of written communication
  • Event management
  • Project management and/or experience working within cross-functional project working groups

Competence in Adobe Design Suite applications, including In Design
