Job Description

    • Be a confident communicator and presenter.
    • Have previous experience in a communications role, managing communications across complex channels.
    • Experience in developing and executing internal communications strategies and evaluating/measuring the effectiveness of internal communications.
    • Excellent professional and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interface with all levels of employees, management and consultants.
    • Demonstrate written communication skills; experience writing for a variety of voices and channels.
  • Ability to work successfully in a collaborative and team environment.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and delegate appropriately.

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and quality.
  • MS office.
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally.
  • Effective planner and implementer; organised and methodical.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a candidate with 3 + years experience in Internal Communications who have a proven track record of development within in-house communications and most importantly be able to positively manage the communications between Head Office and Store.

  • Developing new and existing communication channels.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders in all Head Office departments.
  • Being the credible communication conduit between stores and Head Office.
  • Ensuring all communication is sent to stores within agreed timescales and in agreed format.
  • Have a tenacious personality
  • Good stakeholder management skills
  • Social Media savvy
  • Confident communicator and presenter
