Very highly regarded, and an organisation that are supremely passionate about development in people and the sector in which they operate. They are incredibly dynamic and offer a variety of product and services. They work in partnership with some huge global organisations.
The organisation has recently gone through some exciting change and are soon to be going through a re-brand.
The successful Internal Communications Manager will be required to take lead and implement the internal communications programme.
This will include creating and/or adding to the new Internal Communications strategy, as well as ensuring that internal functions and departments are aware of internal change and brand values.
The Internal Communications Manager will have to focus on driving greater collaboration between internal functions.
My client are looking for the successful candidate to encourage and promote innovation across the organisation
Line Manage the senior internal communications executive
Work with senior internal stakeholders i.e CEO, director of HR and the wider senior management teams.
Ensure that communications are co-ordinated and ensuring that messages communicated externally are also
shared through the correct channels and in the most effective ways
With the Internal Communications Executive, maintain and evolve communications channels to staff, including alerts, newsletters and the intranet
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Internal Communications Manager:
Good standard of education
Must have experience of working in a communications function
Experience in developing and leading on a communications programme across a large organisation
Previous experience of line management
A good track record in utilising a range of communication tools and channels with positive results
Excellent communications skills (written and oral).
Demonstrable experience of working with and influencing senior managers in a large organisation.
Superb project management skills and demonstrable experience of managing to strict time
