Job Description


  • Ensure that communications are planned, messaged and executed in a manner that promotes a One ADP culture
  • Deliver against the internal communications strategy working with ADP Corporate communications teams as necessary
  • Ensure framework guidelines of communications to all internal associates is kept up-to-date
  • Manage a calendar of communication initiatives that keeps all teams clear on the company's strategic direction and focus
  • Measure effectiveness of communications to ensure internal stakeholders are receiving appropriate and effective support.
  • Oversee content management of the UK associate portal sections through assigned authors. coordinate and support key internal business events and leadership updates providing practical support for webinars /events / communications / social media
  • Work closely with senior leaders in ADP UK to help drive effective communications to associates
  • Provide guidance re ADPWorks with a standards approach in design of sites working closely with the ADPWorks Management Team.
  • Project management of ADP branding changes as required including implementation for supporting business collateral.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications Required:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant degree in marketing or communications or PR
  • Previous experience of working in an internal communications role
  • Demonstrable experience with content creation, marketing programs, or complex communication initiatives
  • Exceptional verbal and written English skills
  • Experience with various communications vehicles.
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Strong creativity and innovation
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Must have experience of social media, networking and digital
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to organise events and internal marketing
  • Self-starter and able to work on own initiative

What's on Offer

A salary is on offer of up to £35,000 per annum + package.
