Job Description

The key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Make outbound calls to sign new customers up to the service
  • Hit individual monthly sales target as set by the business
  • Deliver and maintain a quality service at all times
  • Be self-motivated and drive personal and team performance
  • Gain trust and build relationships over the phone
  • Reflect the company's brand and values in all interactions
  • Ability to be flexible in order to meet business needs
  • Work within regulatory and Data Protection requirements
