Job Description

International Account Manager - Health & Beauty will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of distributors across Europe to deliver sustainable, profitable growth for the business. This is a truly autonomous role that will see you defining and delivering strategy for the European retail market. This is a great opportunity to take fantastic brands with strong NPD pipeline to EMEA market and really make a difference to the growth of this fantastic brand. You will have an opportunity to identify the markets' needs and work with NPD to develop specific products that work for the consumer. You will work with the retailers as well as distributors to identify the most effective route to market. The International Account Manager - Health & Beauty will work closely with internal functions - marketing, finance and supply chain to develop the business' value proposition through marketing initiatives, deliver accurate forecasting, as well as compliance with internal and external SLAs.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for an ambitious International Sales Manager with previous experience of managing a network of destributors in Europe. Ideally in the health & beauty or personal care category. You thrive on an opportunity to develop new business. You are a true sales person and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, combined with strong entrepreneurial ethos. You are a natural relationship builder with a high degree of commercial acumen. You are comfortable with European travel. When not travelling there is a requirement to work from the office to ensure that effective working relationships are developed crossfunctionally. Therefore we are looking for candidates that are commutable to West London.
