About Our Client

Our client is a Global Law Firm looking to improve business support services and productivity with an International Facilities Manager. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of sites including their Flagship London HQ and European offices.

Job Description

As the International Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the management and development of the FM operations and subcontractors. On an international portfolio you will manage across entire TFM services including:

  • Planned prevented maintenance
  • Project management
  • Building maintenance
  • Refurbishments
  • Relocation's
  • Sub contractor management
  • Procurement and contact management
  • Leading, developing and inspiring FM teams on a national and international business

The Successful Applicant

The desired candidate will have demonstratable experience in a similar role, international experience is desirable but not essential.
