Job Description

Duties & responsibilities

  • Working with the UK Pensions Manager, the EMEA Benefits Manager and key stakeholders (the business, HR Relationship Managers and external advisers) to assist in the operation/administration of various pension and benefit arrangements the bank controls across EMEA.
    • International Health Schemes
    • International Pensions
    • International Benefits (e.g. health, cars, medical etc)
  • Liaison with external providers e.g. international benefit administrators, benefit consultants, lawyers, insurers.
  • Annual plan/insurance contract renewals.
  • Assist with vendor management
  • Work on high level international benefit queries from managers, HR colleagues and service centres
  • Work closely with Payroll and compensation/benefits colleagues, particularly during the year end and flexible benefits processes

The Successful Applicant

Knowledge & skills

  • Proven relevant international experience
  • A good working knowledge of international pensions and benefits (especially EMEA)
  • Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to manage own workload
  • Ability to deliver under pressure
