About Our Client

Our client is an international transport group based out of London

Job Description

Main responsbilities:

- To support the bid team on securing winning bids

- Provide support to the whole team when bids are live e.g. preparation and presentation of approval documentation and managing internal and external communications

- Ensure delivery of bids are timely and successful

- Report progress against programme plans

- Raise all bid team-related purchase orders and provide administative support on all incoming invoices

The Successful Applicant

What we're looking for:

- Project management experience (PRINCE 2 Practitioner ideally)

- Experience working in the transport industry

- Transport bid experience

- Excellent organisational skills and real attention to detail

- Experience of budget management
