About Our Client

I am representing a leading Not For Profit Organisation Based in London.

Job Description

The ICT Team is a compact and effective part of the Charity, with increasing responsibility for ensuring they have the right technology, skills and processes to support our goals for the vision. They are looking for an IT Co-ordinator to join the team, to develop and lead administrative and information functions within the team.

You will ensure the team continues to be effective and well-organised, designing and maintaining appropriate systems and processes to manage inventories, registers and documentation. You will also take responsibility for important activities such as providing management information, ensuring compliance in contract administration and software asset management, and supporting financial processes.

The role will involve co-ordinating engagement with stakeholders and partners, so you will need to be able to build trusted relationships with people of all levels and work effectively as part of a team and the wider organisation.

The Successful Applicant

You will have significant experience in an administrative, co-ordination or support function involving a degree of financial administration, and have a strong interest in (or some experience of) working with technology professionals.

What's on Offer

London Based

£27,189 - £32,368 per annum

12 month fixed-term contract

This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week
