Job Description

  • Managing and analysing problems relating to incidents received
  • Monitoring SLA breaches
  • Manage the Service Desk ticketing system and delegate tasks accordingly



Operations:

  • Acting as a Key point of contact for all IT and technical queries
  • Install and maintain IT Equipment
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Provide Support to VIP's
  • Supply input to Change Management process
  • Plan and deliver hardware equipment for daily operational use
  • Plan and deliver software licenses and provide valid licenses to users
  • Plan, Manage and Deliver IT technical projects
  • Providing disaster recovery plan

The Successful Applicant

  • Candidate must hold an IT related Degree
  • Candidate must have extensive experience in end user support.
  • Must have experience in managing small IT Support/Service desk teams

What's on Offer

£45,000 to £50,000 plus 10% Bonus and benefits included
