Job Description

As Junior Account Manager - Business Insights, you will be working within a team dealing with customer retention in a client facing role. Responsible for:

  • Day to day running of accounts, including some major accounts.
  • Managing relationships.
  • Work with pre-sales to display benefits of software and consultancy solutions.
  • Present proposals internally and externally.
  • Problem solving and resolving any issues.
  • Developing business within these accounts with up sell and cross sell opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for Junior Account Manager - Business Insights will exhibit:

  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • An ability to liaise with C-level decision makers.
  • Result orientated, ideally with a track record in delivering solutions against targets.
  • Track record in developing business within retained business.
  • Strong communication skills.
