Job Description

  • You will implement an area-specific business plan targeting new accounts.
  • Selling to corporate clients, you will identify and develop relationships with customers at all levels of the customer hierarchy.
  • You will talk about your customer's business asking questions about customer requirements focusing on the solution sell, to maximise customer satisfaction and project profitability.
  • You will keep track of your sales pipeline, maximising your conversation rate and revenue generation.

The Successful Applicant

  • You will be an accomplished networker, able to build and leverage professional relationships to generate and win projects.
  • You will be disciplined and organised, setting yourself clear pre-defined objectives to work towards and monitor yourself against.
  • You will have a demonstrable track record of new business generation where a consultative approach has been required.
  • You will further be able to demonstrate previous sales figures and your achievement against target year on year.
  • Last but certainly not least, you will be entrepreneurial and a commercial thinker. By keeping up-to-date with competitor information and market trends, you will act on your own initiative, adapting your objectives to work in the current market environment.
  • The candidate will treat their business like it is their own demonstrating financial awareness and thinking in terms of profit, loss and added-value.
