Job Description

  • Based from Middlesbrough, the L&D Co-ordinator role will encompass the strategic overview of coaching and management development in line with the organisations needs and ambitions.

  • The role is a true business partnering one, partnering with a range of stakeholders, utilising a range of evaluation techniques, delivering L&D solutions and coaching either one on one or in a team environment

  • A knowledge and understanding of health & social care will be advantageous, as will a commercial outlook.

  • Working alongside the Director of People Development to source relevant programmes and effectively utilise LMS techniques

  • Developing effective succession planning programmes/opportunities to fast-track talent across the organisation to meet business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

  • The chosen candidate will have extensive experience across L&D, deigning, delivering and implementing effective L&D solutions

  • The L&D Co-ordinator role will be based from Middlesbrough, and therefore you will need to be within commuting distance of this location

  • CIPD qualification is essential, ILM coaching certificate and educated to degree level is desirable
