Job Description

  • Specialising in Training and Development / L&D
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing performance management objectives and personal development plans across the business
  • Utilise excellent experience in research, report writing, presentation skills and influencing skills to make recommendations to the HR Director for improvements, cost savings and efficiencies across all areas of responsibility
  • Develop strong working relationships with our business line managers to support them in the delivery of their business strategies and goals, and to gain a proactive understanding of their business for future HR planning and delivery
  • Support the resource team as required on business projects and forecasting resource demands.
  • Ensure local and global protocols regarding data confidentiality/security and privacy compliance are upheld.
  • You will measure and track key HR KPI's and provide reports to local and global business as required
  • Provide consistent support and guidance on local policy and processes to all Team Members and managers
  • Development and implementation of HR policies
  • Providing support on all employee health and welfare issues
  • Supporting managers on performance management
  • Disciplinary and employee / industrial relations support to managers
  • Managing the implementation of employee review processes and associated development actions
  • Succession plans for key roles
  • Participating in the implementation of national and corporate HR projects and initiatives
  • Supporting of administration of employee benefit schemes

The Successful Applicant

  • Ideally degree or Masters Level HR qualification
  • Demonstrable experience in Training and Development and / or L&D
  • Demonstrable solid HR experience
  • Experience of managing multi-discipline projects - with proven track record of delivery to time, budget and quality
  • Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
  • Results orientated - focus on improving performance, meeting goals, producing results.
  • Strong influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills to achieve desired outcomes; experienced in resistance or conflict management.
  • Good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio, Outlook).
