About Our Client
Our client is a third part logistics provider with operations across Europe, who are looking for a Customer service manager to replace an internal move.
The role of Customer Service Manager will be an important link between operations and their customers. This role will be responsible for multiple customer teams covering key clients.
- Lead a team of 10 customer service staff.
- Provide cost effective solutions without affecting SLA's
- Visiting customers
- Assist with the Transport & Fleet Operations
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for an experienced customer service professional, ideally with a background in operational logistics or transport.
- Proven management experience
- Development of teams
- Customer facing
- Account development
- Previous experience in operations
