Job Description

The Loyalty Campaign Manager will be responsible for planning out and executing Butlin's communication strategy to existing guests and prospects via direct marketing including tactical email, automated email campaigns, direct mail and SMS. They'll need to develop a strategy that builds relationships with various guests and prospects including welcome programmes, nursery programmes and retention strategies. Using the database, this person will need to develop a targeted strategy which personalises communication with each set of guests.

A key part of the role will involve looking after and developing the loyalty programme so it rewards and recognises guests so that they feed valued by the brand.

They will also work with the Digital Marketing team to ensure alignment across social media, the website and other digital channels that specifically focus on previous guests, and with the Yield team to develop offers, prices and promotions.

The Successful Applicant

The Loyalty Campaign Manager will be creative as well as analytical - they'll need to work with agencies as well as with the in house studio to develop campaigns as well as build a complex data strategy that targets certain guest segments. They'll also need to be able to analyse the effectiveness of their campaigns and retention strategies through various KPI's. As this person will need to work with a number of agencies and suppliers as well as various internal stakeholders, they'll need excellent communication skills and have experience presenting campaigns and results back to a team. Other areas of experience that would be beneficial:

  • Executing a marketing strategy to customer segments
  • Developing and maintaining customer segmentation
  • Developing retention and loyalty programmes
  • Developing a water tight data strategy
  • Experience of CRM systems including briefing segmented data selects
  • Managing a small team of Executives
  • Launching new product to our existing customer base

What's on Offer

Competitive salary between £27,000 and £33,000.
