About Our Client
The client has recently undergone a merger, expanding its number of units to 55000, almost doubling in size. It is this rapid expansion of the business which has resulted in the need for somebody to hit the ground running in this energetic organisation. The business is situated in the vibrant location of Trafford, a stones throw from the bustling city centre of Manchester.
This person will be overseeing the Management Accounting function over the business, identifying and amending any issues that they come across.
As well as a strong technical background, the candidate will need to be comfortable liaising with the relative departments of the business to identify and collect the data needed to amend any gaps in the Asset and Liability register. Experience in housing is desirable but not essential. They should also be comfortable reporting their progress to the senior directors and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
The candidate should be;
- Be fully qualified ACCA, CIMA etc
- Have strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of asset and liability
- Great inter-personally
