About Our Client

National charity that look after people undergoing substance abuse

Job Description

* To support the Director of Sales and Marketing and other team members to deliver the Financial Freedom Strategy

* To research, plan and implement sales funnels and campaigns to generate income from a range of sources

* To write, proofread and edit copy for a range of materials including emails, landing pages, newsletters, briefs and blogs

* To design and create original content for our social media channels to promote the organisation, our services, wellbeing information, current offers and promotions

* To design and create targeted landing pages using our online platform, Unbounce, taking into account the audience, the appropriate meta data and the communication channel driving the traffic

* To design and create targeted emails using our online platform, MailChimp, setting up automated communication triggered by subscriber interactions

* To develop and maintain the charity website, including our online shop, using the website Content Management System (CMS)

* To use social media (Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn) and Google ads to raise brand awareness and support sales campaigns through targeted advertising

* To liaise with and build relationships with a range of stakeholders (customers, suppliers and colleagues)

* To liaising with designers, printers and other suppliers to produce materials that support the charity brand

* To monitor progress against sales targets and suggest/implement improvements where needed

* To contribute to the development of new products to take to market

* To contribute to the continuing development of Charity services

* To keep up-to-date with issues affecting the substance misuse sector, including public policy. You'll contribute to the gathering of market and competitor information and research

* To ensure all activities take full account of diversity, service user and carer aspirations

* To carry out all aspects of the role in line with policies and procedures (including Equal Opportunities). You'll need to consult appropriate sources of expertise where necessary

* To take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of yourself, others and resources whilst at work, in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act

* To carry out other duties appropriate to the role, as necessary or requested
