Job Description

Our Buckinghamshire based client are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to act as a central point of contact to manage a variety of digital marketing campaigns, focusing on media/content marketing distribution and lead generation. The successful candidate will take ownership of the media strategy in the EU markets that results in traffic generation. In addition, the successful candidate will work with the global digital marketing team to leverage best practices for traffic/lead generation and buyer awareness/engagement. Other responsibilities include:

  • Driving the digital campaign execution including online lead generation, inbound campaigns, bannering, SEO, PPC and Social Media.
  • Working closely with global internal and external partners to execute campaigns and ensure proper tracking of all campaign assets and results.
  • Providing recommendations for the best opportunities to grow and improve existing and new campaigns within display marketing and contact nurture programs that feed the marketing funnel.
  • Coordinating with the Global production team for success in the creation of site tests and experiences that help foster increased conversion rates on the site properties as a result of the traffic driven from marketing activities.
  • Monitoring visitor engagement across campaigns and web properties to identify gaps, such as SEO or content needs, to aid larger global digital team with program strategies focused on inbound lead generation.
  • Assisting with managing monthly and quarterly budgets for large-scale acquisition campaigns by providing regular weekly reports and analysis on marketing campaign trends; collecting data, summarising performance and providing recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

The Buckinghamshire based Marketing Campaign Manager will have the following attributes:

  • Substantial experience in both marketing campaign management activities in a customer-centric organization, specifically digital marketing and in media planning and execution
  • A proven track record in B2B marketing
  • Managing Media agencies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Content Management Systems, specifically Adobe Experience Manager a plus
  • Experience with Adobe Site Catalyst, Adobe Target and Audience Manager a huge plus.
  • Proficiency with and reporting
  • Proficiency with ad server reporting and pipeline tracking.
  • Experience in MS Excel with solid metric and analysis creation and reporting

What's on Offer

The Buckinghamshire based Marketing Campaign Manager will be offered up to 55k (based on experience) and £5.85k car allowance.
