Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting team members with day to day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested
  • Supporting the in-house design team by coordinating and collating content
  • To manage all internal and external communications, campaign execution and post campaign analysis
  • Copy-writing of content both on and offline
  • Work with social media marketer to coordinate the delivery of marketing campaigns using different channels, including but not limited to; online, PR, social media, etc.
  • Updating website via content management system (CMS)
  • To work with an external agency and manage all search engine optimisation (SEO) activities
  • Organising promotional events, including; seminars and webinars
  • To provide monthly reports on campaign analysis to senior leadership team
  • To manage annual marketing plan across all private sector divisions within EMEA & UK
  • Organising the production of branded items such as stationery and merchandise
  • Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors
  • Assisting with the production of artwork, sourcing images, print buying and checking copy
  • Administration regarding your functional area
  • Raise all financial sign-off forms and deliver to relevant people for sign-off
  • Support the Proposal Manager on business development opportunities

The Successful Applicant

Essential Requirements

  • 2 years' experience marketing B2B
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English with copy accuracy
  • Experience with CRM and CMS systems
  • Proven SEO experience
  • The ability to put together layered marketing activities including; promotion, PR, social and digital, advertising, content, pricing, CRM etc
  • Experience of communicating to other teams and stakeholders at all levels
  • Reasonable competence in use of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Attention to detail
  • Organised
  • A team player and can adapt in a fast changing social environment
  • Multi-tasker; possesses the ability to work on several projects at once
  • Self-motivated
  • Confident and outgoing personality

What's on Offer

My client is looking to pay around £17,000-£24,000 per annum. The role is initially for 3-6 months, however there is a strong possibility that the role will turn permanent for the right candidate.
