About Our Client
Our client is a famous Bath based sporting brand with a proud heritage and history of success. They are looking to recruit a commercially focused Marketing & CRM Manager to play a pivotal role in order to deliver their ambitious business targets across each of their revenue streams.
You'll interrogate consumer data in order to set the CRM strategy and will evaluate campaign response rates, as well as developing customer loyalty schemes in line with core brand values.
You'll also lead a team to develop and deliver the strategy for the consumer relationship management programme across all departments and channels including; website, ticketing, retail, hospitality, email, SMS and social media with a focus on delivering effective, responsive communications.
Reporting in to the Marketing Director, the Marketing & CRM Manager will develop and implement the annual marketing & CRM strategy as well as identify the 2 to 3 year strategic aims for communication channels aligned to the company's vision and core business objectives.

The successful Marketing & CRM Manager will:
- have a demonstrable track record of driving commercial gains through CRM and digital management in a consumer facing organisation
- be a strong leader of people, with the ability to inspire and motivate
- be an outstanding communicator, influencer, negotiator and leader
- live within a commutable distance of Bath
