Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director this position is responsible for developing & implementing the marketing plan for the Middle East region of Page Group. This role works directly with the global marketing team in head-office (London) along with the local Middle East management team with objectives to:

  • Promote the Page Group, Page Exec, Michael Page and Page Personnel brands via all available channels to our candidates and clients
  • Communicate the Middle East organization as an employer of choice in the local and international market - internally and externally
  • Attract more direct business enquiries from clients and set Page Group as a reference for ME candidates


You will work with the Managing Director to develop and implement a marketing plan which covers the following areas:

  • Marketing Plan and Marketing Calendar
  • Digital / Social Media
  • PR/Media
  • Events
  • Direct Marketing:
  • External communication
  • Internal Communications

The Successful Applicant

  • University Degree Educated
  • Marketing Executive or Marketing manager level experience with specific expertise in using digital / social media to develop a brand and communicate with a diverse audience - externally and internally
  • Agency side working on high profile regional or international brands will be considered along with client side/in-house experience
  • Exposure to other aspects of Events, PR/Media and Direct Marketing is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills - outstanding English communication skills - read / write / speak is essential
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Flexible attitude and approach to work - preparedness to work and deliver to deadlines
