Job Description

  • Support the development of the three month rolling divisional marketing plan ensuring that all site plans are maintained and kept up to date
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure that collateral is produced and media is booked according to timescales specified on site marketing plan
  • Ensure media and creative costings are input and maintained on rolling divisional marketing plan
  • Manage the content of divisional web pages ensuring compliance with brand/legal guidelines, a positive user experience, and overall best in class content
  • Write fresh and engaging web content, combining this with high quality imagery/video content
  • Use digital data to analyse performance of web pages & individual online marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement as part of the marketing planning process
  • Utilise group reports and digital data to analyse the effectiveness of site specific marketing activity
  • Attend monthly marketing meetings, issue minutes and amended plans
  • Implement digital campaign plan and manage quality of CRM lead follow-up with Sales managers by analysing results and recommending areas of improvement.
  • Prepare reports on competitor activity and provide recommendations for action
  • Develop and maintain workflow links and relationships with key stakeholders i.e. Sales team, approved agencies, Regional Marketing Manager, Technical team
  • Liaise with the appointed PR agency to align all PR / media opportunities with the overall marketing plan

The Successful Applicant

  • Educated to degree level preferably in Marketing or related subject
  • Strong applications from non-graduates will be considered
  • Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a pro-active attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • High level of IT literacy with ability to learn and utilise a range of different IT systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker with analytical capability
  • Ability to work as part of a team and under own initiative
  • Willingness to embrace change and adapt to new ways of working
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal colleagues and external agencies
