About Our Client

A growing charity with an exciting opportunity based in Hertfordshire. They are looking for a marketing manager to lead on both on and offline campaigns in order to drive footfall to their leisure portfolio.

Job Description

  • Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that support the commercial objectives of their leisure portfolio.
  • Devise, monitor and report relevant KPIs to judge the success of campaigns.
  • Responsible for the quarterly forthcoming events brochure.
  • Write copy for the web, print and press media supporting the activities of the leisure portfolio.
  • Social Media lead for the leisure portfolio. Work with the Head of Marketing to develop strategies, implement campaigns and support venue management teams with ongoing conversations.
  • Lead all marketing activity related to leisure portfolio loyalty and membership schemes. Liaise with colleagues to explore opportunities and patterns related to customer data.
  • Monitor marketing trends and best practise to ensure digital and other marketing channels are effectively balanced to achieve the best results. Ensure they are keeping pace with digital developments.

The Successful Applicant

  • On and offline marketing experience.
  • Working strategically and implementing campaigns.
  • Good digital understanding.
  • Ability to work autonomously.

What's on Offer

Salary is between £29,000 and £32,000 depending on experience.
