Large Centre Management company in Leeds

Job Description

Creating and implementing a calendar of promotional events. Key objectives of all marketing activity is to increase footfall, spend and maximise dwell time and evaluate effectiveness of all campaigns.

Develop targeted advertising and promotional opportunities to maximise and develop brand awareness.

Manage the digital, electronic and social media marketing of the Centre. Drive electronic traffic.

Produce copy and creative briefs for marketing materials, including advertisements, leaflets, posters and flyers and liaise with external agencies and printers.

Provide information as required for editorials, advertisements and publications. Liaising with local businesses and agencies as required. Maximise leverage from key local organisations.

Manage external agencies and suppliers to maximise mall income generation and evaluate success in line with the Strategic Marketing Plan.

Monitor effectiveness of Promotions/Marketing/Advertising Campaigns. Demonstrate value for money.

Manage and develop the PR strategy for the Centre, B2B and B2C.

Liaise with all retailers with a view to establishing their requirements for marketing, discuss promotions and special events and encourage retailer participation and produce promotional newsletters for distribution.

Liaising with the Estates Team to develop new revenue streams from site, digital, or web based initiatives.

Working with retailers to help promote their business and secure sponsorship or prizes to assist with the publicity, events and promotions.

Maintain and update websites, mailing databases and produce regular e-mail newsletters.

You may be required to travel to various sites and some late evenings and weekend work may be necessary.

The role is supported by a Marketing and Events Planner (in-house) for whom this role will have line management responsibility.

  1. Degree/CIM qualification preferred but not essential.
  2. Experience of Google Analytics and other similar platforms.
  3. P.R. experience.
