Job Description

The Buckinghamshire based Marketing Manager will have a hands on approach to all aspects of marketing including on and offline activities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the annual and quarterly planning and execution of all marketing activities, with a focus to strengthen brand awareness and increase demand
  • Be in-charge of and develop an annual budget to support a structured and agreed marketing and events plan
  • Ensure the brand is applied appropriately and consistently in the marketplace
  • Manage and co-ordinate resources such as budgets, staff/functions, agencies, events, research companies, etc., in an effective and efficient manner
  • Be accountable for direct reports and agency staff and Interns, when applicable
  • Create and manage the social media strategy and digital marketing strategy
  • Oversee the overall management of the CRM strategy and database

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have experience in setting strategic direction, supporting programme and promotions. They will take on a hands on approach to all tasks and be a team player.
