About Our Client
Globally recognised Higher Education organisation based within London
Manage the workload of the marketing team to ensure the production of marketing plans for the University wide and schools activity in line with recruitment and marketing objectives.
Manage a substantial annual Marketing budget to optimise spend and deliver the best value for money.
Plan, develop and manage annual media laydowns, reviewing on an on-going basis to ensure they are performing to optimal levels.
Responsibility for creating an integrated marketing communications strategy encompassing advertising and publications to support the course specific sales targets
Coordinating and sourcing corporate research when relevant to recruitment and marketing activity including media, competitor, and student
Manage the production of all University prospectuses and corporate collateral
Manage the workload of the Graphic Design assistant and the outsourcing of design when applicable.
Deputise for the Director of Marketing & Recruitment when necessary.
Manage the recruitment and development of the staff within the marketing team including performance appraisals and the maintenance of leave and sickness.
In addition to the above areas of responsibility the position maybe required to undertake any other reasonable duties relating to the broad scope of the position.
The Successful Applicant
A minimum of 5 years' experience of working within Marketing management environment
Experienced people manager.
The ability to acquire quickly and to retain broad knowledge of the University's offer and manage the administrative arrangements for recruitment and marketing.
Knowledge of digital media platforms and paid for digital advertising activity
Computer literacy and knowledge of one or more widely used database, spreadsheet, word processing, presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft office
A good level of numeracy for dealing with budgets, and analysing statistics
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills and an ability to work on own initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive approach to customer care

£180 - £250 per day inclusive of holiday pay - 3 months at first instance
