Job Description

Core activities:

External and internal production of marketing materials to support customer communications, marketing activity and ongoing housekeeping within agreed timescales

Ensure all material is of high quality which reflects CBS corporate standards and values and meets the brief

Ensures all communications comply with relevant legislation and 'plain English' standards

Brief and liaise with the Customer Fulfilment Centre and agencies regarding artwork, print production and stock levels

Provide full end of campaign reporting for each campaign incorporating appropriate insights and recommendations for future campaign briefs. These should be circulated around the business and include the findings from post-campaign implementation meetings

Day to day management of advertising, media and creative agency relationships where applicable

Ensure all activity costs fall within budget and budget is maximised where possible

Effective liaison with Data & Insight Team where required to select most relevant data sets for campaign activity and ensure quality campaign reporting

Management of campaign implementation across the business, giving Resource Planning and other relevant areas timely notification of campaigns and customer impact

Management of projects as and when appropriate, including development of appropriate internal procedures

Building effective working relationships with colleagues, internal and external stakeholders

Be a positive role model for colleagues by demonstrating a professional, flexible and enthusiastic attitude in line with our core values

Provide honest and constructive feedback to colleagues and constantly seek to challenge the Societies policies and practices on behalf of the customer

Role related knowledge (knowledge required specifically for the role should be detailed here):

  • Knowledge of CBS products and services.
  • Knowledge of marketing mix and the ranges of media/techniques/MI and processes available to CBS.
  • Knowledge of ASA, Money Laundering and Data Protection.

Ability to use the following systems:

  • MS Office
  • Microsoft Adobe

What's on Offer

My client is offering a 6 month contract at a pro rata salary of £34,000 per annum.
