About Our Client
Higher Education in hospitality management
Design, test, deploy, and measure campaigns in Marketo. Includes creation of campaign names, attributes, and hierarchy structure following our standard practices to ensure consistent reporting; build emails using standard templates; create landing pages and forms.
Recommend and execute tests to optimize nurture campaigns and programs, including reporting and interpreting results of tests.
Set up, test, maintain and evolve multiple complex nurture based marketing campaigns
Develop and implement collision controls for multiple nurture campaigns.
Build campaign lists using data in both Marketo and Salesforce.com. Ensure lists are targeted and adhere to the company's privacy policies.
Maintain a nurture campaign calendar to track both production schedule & workload.
Communicate effectively and manage your projects, timelines, processes and results at all times.
The Successful Applicant
3-5 years of experience managing programs and campaigns at a B2C company
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and time management skills.
Self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently with minimal supervision
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Hands-on experience with a marketing automation system required
Marketo marketing automation expertise desired
Demonstrable understanding of marketing automation systems, database quality management, and workflows that include multiple systems
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
