Job Description

The Media Manager shall be responsible for:

  • Provide strategic guidance for clients as required, participating in client meetings, business reviews, etc.
  • Provide internal and external thought leadership, both individually and supporting team efforts
  • Build multi-channel communication plans, including but not limited to: email, direct mail, Web, mobile and social communications including ongoing lifecycle messaging strategy, measurement plans, segmentation-level messaging, frequency and timing.
  • Look for opportunities to build case studies and thought leadership opportunity from client work
  • Build acquisition, conversion and retention program strategy
  • Lead and/or participate in discovery meetings and client workshops
  • Provide support for sales efforts for new and existing clients, as it relates to strategy services

The Successful Applicant

The chosen Media Manager shall demonstrate success in a similar position, to include:

  • Understanding of marketing concepts such as: customer relationship marketing, database and data capture, segmentation, analytics, competitive analysis, communication strategy, planning, social media, mobile marketing, search marketing, Web site marketing, progressive profiling, preference center, lead generation, email, direct mail, media.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, being able to clearly present ideas and concepts to both internal and external teams
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility; team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and flexible
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills
