Our client are an iconic Melbourne institute with 12 sites across the region. Celebrating 50 years of trading in 2015 the company has grown from strength to strength, with 2 new sites earmarked for 2017. Specialising in A la Carte restaurant service in a busy and dynamic atmosphere.

Job Description

  • Restaurant Manager: Control of COG's, P&L's, wage costs, recruitment & SOP's.
  • Assistant Manager: Control of development, mentoring and standards protocol.
  • Career Path Manager: Lead from the front and live the companies ethos.
  • Junior Career Path Manager: Skills development and innovation.

The Successful Applicant

Our client seeks individuals with the following qualities and skills;

  • A strong background in A la carte service
  • A passion for F&B and a clear desire for a career in the industry
  • A mentoring leadership style
  • The ability to work autonomously and as a team member
  • An analytical mindset
  • A positive guest experience control ethos

If sponsorship is desired;

  • A tertiary qualification in Hospitality, Management or Business
  • A minimum of 5 years in the trade
  • Ideally 3 years management experience in a similar role
  • Strong references available on request
