The client is a global FM provider who work with a diverse range of clients globally

Job Description

The role is to lead and develop the account while ensuring the FM services are well run, maintained and provide a great experience for the client.

The Account Director is responsible for ensuring:

  • Team management
  • Financial P&L performance
  • KPI management
  • Project Management
  • Change management
  • Developing relationships with the client

The contract is self delivered with only specialist contractors used specialist services.

The role will manage a large team of site and regional managers which will require a strong individual.

Core of the portfolio the role works on is south east and London based

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will come from a large service provider with experience of self delivered contracts

Management of contracts with a c£10m or above

Excellent communication and client development skills

Based in London or South East, ideally near to Farnborough.
