The business has gone through many change to help develop a clear path for the future, this has lead to detailed strategies focusing on developing under performing categories within their organisation.

The result of these changes is some very exciting investment in NPD and new brands to hit the UK and International markets in the not so distant future. The aim for these changes is to be the UK and European number 1 Audio brand.

Job Description

The National Account Manager for the Audio categories will be tasked with owning the direct relationships with key National Accounts, including Tesco, Sainsbury's and Asda.

The role will require the National Account Manager to be fully autonomous with their accounts covering the full range of commercial acumen that is needed to be a successful Account Manager (JBP, P&L, Market Spends, Category data).

The role of National Account Manager will be tasked with owning the UK Grocery retail relationships. You will drive existing performance with new listings and focused NPD, whilst also looking at new channels and growth plans.

The NAM will have a fantastic chance to show case their skills and show their willingness to develop into a country leader/ channel controller.

The Successful Applicant

This role requires the right person to hit the ground straight running, applicants for this position need to have specific experience to be successful in their application. Applicants for this role will need to be able to demonstrate strong commercial experience with key UK grocers. Ideally applicants will have traded with the Consumer Electronics or more specifically the Consumer Electronic/Audio buyers.

  • Applicants will also need to be able to demonstrate, full commercial capability, including:
  • Joint Business Plans (With Mass Multiple retailers)
  • Managing internal and external stake holder relationships
  • Profit and Loss control
  • Marketing spend strategy
  • Launched NPD ranges
