About Our Client

My client is a dedicated European healthcare logistics partner for the pharmaceutical, bio tech and medical industry. They have expanded rapidly over the last few years with over 1900 employees managing over 275,000 locations in 11 countries. Their vision is to be the preferred supplier within the industry by striving to enhance the efficiency and reliability to their clients, the aim is to be successful by offering consistent quality.

With over 600 customers within the industry my client is looking to expand by recruiting a National Account Manager. The individual will be responsible for driving sales nationwide, ensuring this is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership and have the opportunity to make your mark.

Job Description

Due to expansion of the business my client is currently looking for professional National Account Manager's with passion, who are eager to deliver a quality service to all customers.



Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing appropriate accounts and securing orders for product
  • Developing a strategic business development plan
  • Being responsible for all areas of the account including buying, marketing, promotional activity and range planning
  • Developing range plans and being responsible for product innovation and launches
  • Monitoring production levels
  • Accurate entering and maintenance of product, production, sales and forecasting data
  • Processing sales and purchase orders
  • be accountability for developing the strategic plan for your Account to drive sales, profit and net working capital
  • Managing the P&L from top to bottom

The Successful Applicant

All successful National Account Manager's must:

  • Have a logistics background within sales
  • Successful track record in delivering sales growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced negotiator
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Be commercially aware
  • Be a self starter

What's on Offer

On offer is a salary £50,000 - £55,000 basic DOE plus competitive bonus and benefits
